Unionization Push Continues

Yesterday the Senate Committee on State and Local Government had a hearing on Senate File 778 relating to the unionization of child care providers. This concept is nothing new– the big unions have pushed for it for over 7 years already.

After forcing through amendment A-3 to merge the SF 665 & SF 778 without explanation, in her opening statement Senator Pappas, the bills author said, “The purpose of this legislation is to allow two groups of workers to organize under Chapter 179A of public employment labor relations act known as PELRA. The goal in both situations for service recipients is to provide better access, better quality, and more stability. The goal for service providers is to improve their wages, allow access to better training & provide fairness.”

How does her statement mesh with reality? Read more at ChildcareFreedom.org

    Are those snacks?

Yes. Snacks for the (non-childcare provider) union members who were paid to wear their green or purple shirts and attend.

So in other words pappas authority wants to force government to butt in where private business are sustaining the economy governing their own without calling on the state government and tax payers to subsidize where the government is only doing it for authority to add tax increases TO SUBSIDIZE and cover everywhere the government fails “allowing” government more power.

“Allow” two groups of “workers” (communist term) to organize?” It’s “force” when the government line is crossed invading and soliciting private businesses that are none of the business of the state government. Speaking of “communist” there’s a Hmong rec center on Arcade (I think) with hammer and sickle emblems embedded in the building and the building was tax funded! What’s up with that? How insulting!…but what does it say? Is Minnesota paying for communism in some communities? That’s horrible and another move behind Minnesota’s back that had no reason not to be transparent if it’s a good thing. Which means it’s not a good thing…

People in government have no right and there is no “fairness” corrupting Minnesota by discrimination to pay back ANYTHING but personal debts to union minions??!!! That’s just lower than a snake, isn’t it Mr. Dayton? No integrity in the election process sure can get some unsettling and unacceptable characters in control. The disrespect the government has for people who aren’t burdens to the government while the abuse of power by government crippling private businesses by force is beyond incredible.

Minnesota government members conceals deals using the backs of unknowing tax payers of Minnesota taken advantage of to pay off the deal. Where does “fair” come into that, frauds? Good people aren’t living in Minnesota to be corrupt by a government who has no bounds, no grounds and no limit. Nothing constitutes pappas government to interrupt to put down people who stand on their own. Who’s protecting the decency and good people of Minnesota? Who’s protecting freedom and independence?

“Allow?” Who owning private day care governing the business between provider and customer, asked permission?

…everybody’s LEAVING MINNESOTA because taxes are too high so what do democrats do? increase taxes anyway and tax where we’ve never been taxed before? Why is macy’s and ibm moving out? TAXES! Why would any business leave a state? Government intervention! TAXES! Why isn’t anybody opening business? Government intervention! TAXES! Most businesses closed down because of government interference where it wasn’t by any choice of consumers and where government respected their bounds not to force their existence before.

We heard Jim Abler is responsible for the medicare exchange calling it the law of the land? Why does he have a position in Minnesota when Obamacare has been determined loud and clear (nation wide) as TAX which can be eliminated as quick as it was underhandedly dumped on us! The Constitution is the law of the land, Mr. Abler. As far we’re concerned your total disconnect with the constitution disqualifies you for governing. Perhaps you should learn THE PEOPLES CONSTITUTION from someone that has the common mentality and personal dignity to interpret it’s truth in favor of peoples’ freedom and independence! The founding purpose of America directly opposes empowering government and their conflicts of interest but supports the empowerment of people as our own ruler of our personal livelihoods and interests not to govern over anyone elses! Reinstate and deregulate private insurance companies for the freedom to govern their own insurance business so we can take care of our own personal health, AGAIN!

Instead of motivating people to insure themselves the government exploited people by distorting the situation as denied! The government is the insults of massive burdens that has to be eliminated from the good people of this once great state! Minnesota is worse by this desperate growing government beast of intentional consequences and their limitless authority, lack of discipline, lack of integrity, irresponsible control, no respect for the people of Minnesota and NO COMMON SENSE! It takes strong people that stand on principle where we see the sad truth of some republicans, weaken. The more government the less freedom and liberty warranted by (unconstitutional) government FORCE!
