Each year, Minnesota Majority tracks specific votes cast by state legislators across a wide range of issues like taxes, government spending, election integrity, property rights, health care, education and energy policy.  In many ways, these votes represent the "front line" in battle to promote and protect traditional values in Minnesota's public policy.

We score each state legislator on how well they have supported traditional values in the way they have voted on these issues.  We then publish a scorecard, highlighting the "Heroes" and "Zeros" in the Minnesota state legislature.  Heroes are those legislators who consistently represent the interests of everyday Minnesotans.  Zeros are those legislators who consistently vote against a traditional values agenda.

Here's how you can use this information to make a difference:

1. If you don't know which district in which you reside, you can use our District Finder tool to lookup your district and legislators.
2. Review our current Heroes and Zeros Scorecard to see how your state representative and state senator represented your interests.
3. Contact your state legislators to let them know how you feel about their voting record.
4. Print and distribute copies of the scorecard to people who live in your community - or simply email them a link to this page www.HeroesAndZeros.org.

Part of the process in making change is to simply make people aware of how their legislator are voting.  You can play a vital role in the process.
